Minimums: Minimums apply based on items ordered. In many cases there is free shipping on pallet quantities.

Prices and Volume Discounts:  Volume discounts are available. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping Methods and Lead Time:  Orders are usually shipped within one to three business days after order is received. Most orders are shipped via FedEx or Spee-Dee. Shipping is charged at shippers published rates. Time in transit is generally 2-5 business days depending on where you are located.

Shipping Charges:  Shipping charges will be added to order where they apply.

Sales Tax: Will be charged on all orders shipped to customers in MN. Unless, we are furnished with a Certificate of Exemption form. Blank Certificate of Exemption forms can be found at the following web site: www.taxes.state.mn.us/forms/st3.pdf   Please e-mail completed form to:

Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and PayPal. Our online order form is secure. Orders can also be paid in advance by cashier’s check or money order. To pay by cashier’s check or money order, complete your online order, select the check option and follow payment instructions. Your order will be shipped after the check or money order has cleared. We also accept Purchase Order from pre-approved purchasers. We do not ship COD or accept personal checks.

Tracking:  Tracking of an order is available upon request.

Returns:  All returns require a RMA number (Return material authorization number). Returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Damaged shipments are rare and will be replaced or refunded, a RMA will be required. Call Terry at 763-241-2022 or tfarrington@tjpackaging.com  Shipments are insured by FedEx, so please inspect your shipment upon delivery, and report any damage to the FedEx driver.

Cancellations:  Orders cancelled after being packaged but not shipped are subject to a 10% processing fee. Special orders that are cancelled before manufacturing are subject to a 10% processing fee. Special orders cannot be cancelled after manufacturing.

Privacy Policy:  We have taken measures to protect your privacy and ensure that when you place an order you can feel confident that your personal information will only be used to process your order. We do not buy, sell, or give away e-mail addresses or any other personal information.
